Integration Audit

$499

One-time

We map the systems you are already paying for, find every place your team retypes data, and hand you a ranked list of what to connect first.

  • An inventory of what you pay for, and — separately — what your team actually uses
  • A map of how information moves, marking every point where somebody retypes it
  • The top three to five connections worth making, ranked, with what each involves
  • A working session of 60–90 minutes, then written findings within five business days

You keep the findings whether or not we work together after.

Then we wire it up

Integration & build

Quoted after the audit

Per scope of work

The work the audit found, done. We connect the systems you already run, set up whatever is missing, and build custom where nothing off the shelf fits.

  • Integrations between the systems you already pay for, in accounts you own
  • Missing pieces set up and wired in on the way — not bolted on later
  • Custom builds as real code, versioned, documented, and yours to keep
  • Your crew trained on the parts they touch, in the tools they already use

Quoted off the audit's findings, so the number describes real work rather than a package.

Embedded partnership

Quoted after the audit

Monthly

We show up in your business, take the stack off your plate, and keep shipping. One team on the hook for the software, the integrations, and the vendors you already pay.

  • We embed first — time in the business before anything gets built
  • We own the stack: the integrations, the accounts, the vendor decisions
  • We ship continuously, in small pieces that go live and get used
  • Monitoring and fixes, because seasons turn and crews change
  • A standing weekly working session and a monthly review of what shipped

No figure listed on purpose. Start with the audit and the scope writes itself.

That is the entire price list: $499for the audit, and “quoted after the audit” for everything else. There is no setup fee, no tiered monthly table, and no “starting at” figure hiding further down the page.

What the work is

Integrations, and the engagement they become.

Listed here so you know what is on the table, not so you can pick a tier. Both are scoped from the audit.

What we do

Integrations

The systems you already pay for, connected — plus whatever is missing, set up and wired in.

  • Field service, CRM, accounting, phones, email, and data joined up
  • Leads and jobs moving between systems without anyone retyping them
  • Missing pieces set up in accounts you own
  • Custom builds where nothing off the shelf fits
What we do

Embedded engineering

We show up in your business, own the stack, and keep shipping, on a monthly engagement.

  • Time in the business before anything gets built
  • One team responsible for the software and the vendors
  • Continuous shipping instead of a project with a launch date
  • Everything in your accounts, documented as we go

Pricing questions

Before you book.

Why is the audit the only price on this page?

Because any other number here would be made up. What a build costs depends on how many systems are in play, what they expose, and how much of the work is new. The audit produces a scope, and the scope produces a number you can hold us to.

What am I actually buying with the audit?

A map of your own stack. One working session on every system in the business and how work moves between them, then written findings within five business days: your inventory, every place data gets retyped, and the connections worth making first. You keep it either way.

What happens to the audit findings if I hire you?

The audit is standalone work, paid up front, and the findings are yours regardless. If you go on to a build or an embedded engagement, we start from that document rather than charging you to discover the same things twice.

What is the difference between the build and the embedded engagement?

The build is a scope of work: the integrations the audit found, done, then handed over. The embedded engagement is ongoing — we stay in the business, own the stack, and keep shipping. Both are quoted after the audit.

What do I need to have in place first?

Whatever you already run. If that is Housecall Pro or Procore and QuickBooks, ideal. If it is a notebook, a group text, and an inbox, say so on the call — that is a normal starting point and it changes the plan, not the welcome.

Is there a contract or a lock-in?

The embedded engagement is monthly. What gets built is yours, documented, in accounts you own. If you stop, the stack keeps running and another team can pick it up.
